Privacy Policy

Last updated November 1, 2026

Carcostmeter (carcostmeter.com) is run by Dravari, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Wilmington, Delaware, USA. You can reach us at support@carcostmeter.com.

1. What we collect

You do not need an account. The numbers you type into the calculators stay in your browser: we keep them in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you come back, and they are not sent to us. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives technical data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. It is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and stop abuse, and is kept only for a short time.

2. Cookies, ads and analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies today. If we add advertising or analytics, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and California), ask for your consent or give you a way to opt out.

3. Links to other sites

Some pages link to other companies' websites. Some of those links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you and to object to how it is used. Because we do not hold calculator inputs or accounts, there is usually nothing to delete, but you can write to us and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

5. Children

Carcostmeter is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

6. Changes

We will post any change here and update the date at the top.
